I have been on a little hiatus from “The Road Back” for awhile. I’ve been praying for some direction from the Lord for this blog and thought I might be changing the name or starting a new one. However, this morning I realized that we are all on some type of spiritual road but as we Christians know  there is only one way back to God and that is through Jesus Christ.  He is the way, the truth, and the life. (John 14:6). So this “Road Back” that I have contemplated  since last May is all about the  “road back”  to God–Heavenward through Jesus Christ.  So “The Road Back” will continue as  the blog name and as I strive to draw even closer to Him I pray for the words from Him to write.

Lord, you tell us if we will abide in you and your words we shall ask what we will and it will be done unto us.(John 15:7) I’m crying out to you Lord on this day to keep me in the abiding mode and in more and more obedience  to you.  In Jesus name. Amen
